Retailers are increasingly looking for big puff formats that remain compliant, reusable, and easy for customers to understand. The Hyola Pro Max 8000 Prefilled Pod Kit has been developed to meet this demand.
Positioned as a reusable big puff solution, the Hyola Pro Max 8000 offers extended puff count while maintaining a simple, low-maintenance format that mirrors the convenience customers expect from disposables.
Why This Format Matters for Retailers
Big puff reusable kits like the Hyola Pro Max 8000 address three key retail challenges:
- Post-disposable transition – customers still want longevity and flavour familiarity
- Repeat purchase behaviour – refill packs drive return visits
- Compliance alignment – reusable format with regulated pod sizes

This refill-led design allows customers to replace only the pod when it runs out, rather than the entire device, creating a smoother user experience while encouraging repeat purchases. The result is a practical, cost-effective pod system that balances convenience, longevity, and strong retail sell-through.
Ease of Sale at the Counter
The Hyola Pro Max 8000 is straightforward to explain:
- No refilling, prefilled pods available
- No coil changes
- Inhale-activated
- Fixed airflow for MTL vaping
The pod and refill container click together, is slotted into the device, and are replaced once empty. This simplicity reduces friction at the counter and speeds up transactions.
Each kit uses 20mg nicotine salt e-liquid, delivering consistent nicotine delivery in a familiar MTL format. This device has built-in mesh coil technology ensuring even heating and flavour consistency across the life of the pod.
